We are developing & remodeling large 10 - 12 bedroom houses to rent with possible equity sharing to committed co-living groups. Houses will be located in walkable, bike-able urban cores, typically include an auxiliary structure for bikes and crafts & are big enough for 10 to 18 people who choose to share & live together in harmony. This redefined social housing will provide desirable social benefits & economic stability & may be structured as a permanent realestate trust to remove it from the speculative market. Our Southwest Portland property has been acquired & we are actively seeking a group to participate in the remodeling design process prior to occupancy as early as April 2024
